If you are already registered and valid as an author:

If you are not already registered:
- Click below on the 'Create an account'.
You will receive a mail from the site administrator, showing you how to 'Activate your account'. Once activated your account, you have the Registered User status. You will then receive a second email from the site administrator informing you that you have the status of Author. You can return to this page to submit an article, using the previous procedure 'If you're already registered' above.
