Pedraza

Dominican priest among the six who came to the Indies with Pizarro, he undertook the journey to the south, but was returned to Panama by Pizarro. He was the only one of the expedition to know the value of the emeralds, he was hiding in his cuff. He died of fevers in Panama shortly after his return.
